Two people have sustained moderate injuries after the vehicle they were in lost control and collided with a light pole on Ridge Road just outside Overport City Durban around 11pm on Friday evening. Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that the single vehicle had somehow lost control and collided with a light pole on the pavement. Two males both in their twenties had sustained moderate injuries and were stabilized on the scene before being transported by Rescue Care to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required. At this stage it is unclear what led up to the collision however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
