When you think of a wagon, you usually picture a slow, old, family car. Well, that’s never been the case with the line-up from Audi. In particular, the RS6 line-up.

The Audi RS6 was first introduced in 2002 as both a saloon and an Avant (station wagon), and that form followed on into the C6 generation of RS6’s as well. It was from the third generation (C7) where Audi only offered the RS6 in the Avant body shape. And we cannot be mad at them, the Avant is much more desirable and incredibly good looking over the saloon.

The 2020 Audi RS6 (C8) comes standard with a growly 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo TFSI engine. It has a power output of 441 kW (591 hp) with a maximum torque of 800 N.m. 0-100 km/h is achieved in just 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 305 km/h can be achieved.

You would think that close to 600 hp is plenty power for your “family” car, well, things get crazier. Wheelsandmore have developed tuning packages which can boost your high performance wagon all the way up to 441 kW (1,010 hp) and 1250 N.m. which can achieve a top speed of 330 km/h.

Wheelsandmore have a few tuning packages but lets focus on the big one. The Stage 5 package includes the following:

  • Software upgrade
  • F1 airfilter-kit
  • Capristo valve flap exhaust with premuffler replacement tubes
  • Mid silencer replacement
  • Particle filter (opf) replacement tubes
  • Catless downpipes
  • Modified air intake and manifold
  • Turbocharger upgrade on exchange
  • Larger turbine shafts
  • Larger compressor units
  • Reinforced axial bearings
  • Optimized inputs

How much would this stage 5 RS6 set you back? A whopping R839 000 (at current exchange rate // 41 933 Euros). Oh, and thats excluding the car.
